FAQ:
What do I do if my item hasn’t arrived?
Sometimes, items can take longer to arrive due to unforeseen circumstances, this could be due to strikes, peak holiday season, clearing in customs or for a number of other reasons.

What do we recommend?
We would recommend contacting us at mail@misterwoof.net if you have not received your item in a timely manner, normally at least seven days past the estimated delivery date. We will put through an enquiry with Australia Post and update you with an enquiry number, it usually takes 24-48 hours for Australia Post to resolve the issue, but could be longer in peak holiday season. In the past, the main reason behind delays in international deliveries is due to customs, items can take longer going through customs when they contain metal, brass or bed stuffing. For example, our leather leads and collars contain 100% brass fixtures and our bedding is full of polyester stuffing. Compared to a jumper purchase, we find our leather leads, collars and bedding take a little longer to be cleared through customs.

What if my parcel did not have tracking and it hasn’t arrived?
We would always recommend choosing a postage option with tracking for peace of mind. Sometimes parcels can take longer to arrive for a variety of reason, such as clearing customs,  or sometimes items may not be scanned on arrival at your local postoffice. If your parcel has not arrived after 14 business days after despatch, we would recommend calling your local postoffice and see if your items has arrived there, we have found this has been the case most of the time and your parcel is waiting to be picked up. Unfortunately, without a tracking number, these is not much we can do on our end as we have no way of finding out where your parcel is.
