Returns

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind, however, we are happy to offer a credit or an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our returns policy does not apply to gift cards.

Process for Exchanges

Please notify us first at mail@misterwoof.net if you would like to exchange an item and stating the reason for your exchange, along with your name, contact number and receipt number. Please do not send purchases back to us without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at mail@misterwoof.net.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Faulty Items

At Mister Woof we do our best to check each item before they are shipped out to you. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged before leaving our store. If you believe your item is faulty please notify us first at mail@misterwoof.net stating the issue and supply a photograph, along with your name, contact number, product name and receipt number. Please do not send your purchases back to us without contacting us first. 

We do not offer a replacement, repair or refund on items because of general wear and tear. 

We are happy to offer a replacement, repair or refund depending on the nature of the fault. If the fault cannot be fixed we will happily offer a replacement or refund.

Shipping

Mister Woof does not cover the cost of return shipping, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and do not take responsibility for lost items being shipped back to Mister Woof.
